Libraries
We are planning to replace our siRNA/miRNA libraries with updated versions. However production of the libraries and processing will take time

Custom aliquotting/robotics usage
Because we are overwhelmed in our recovery efforts, we cannot accommodate any custom aliquotting/robotics usage unless you have already spoken to Chi Yun.
Database
The machine that hosted that application, hpcf.nyumc.org, was destroyed in the flood, and is scheduled to be replaced in March. Please contact us for the format for well/gene identities for screens already performed. Note that we will need to search these manually.
Moving
The NYU RNAi Core is scheduled to move at the end of May 2013 to the 3rd floor of Skirball. As a result, operations will be limited from mid-May to mid-June.
