All academic researchers are welcome to screen at the NYU RNAi Core Facility. A screen is initiated by a formal application whose approval is dependent on the quality of optimization data in a 384-well format. All applications are considered confidential. After receipt of a signed data sharing agreement, we will schedule an on-site visit to begin the screen. Please see the order of screening events for further details.

The NYU RNAi Core Facility charges a screening fee for access to the libraries, screening equipment, and expertise of the facility staff. Please note that users are responsible for the cost of assay consumables and reagents.

In the case that applications for similar screens are received, the facility policy is to encourage the different groups to communicate with each other. However, if the different groups would like to screen independently, the facility will not interfere.
